Biography
Stutter (Leif Stuttgardt) is a native citizen of The Terminus. After Omega's invasion and attempted subjugation of Earth, Stutter has seen it necessary to fill in as protector of the innocent.
His powers include an eidetic memory, his own dimensional pocket, and the ability to manipulate the very flux of time itself. The drawback to this amazing power is that half of his words are spoken in one dimension and the other half float wherever the winds take them.
He perished on an Immaculate Dominion ship in a death explosion of one of The Enemy.
